Brewed with plenty of hops, the Punch Bowl IPA features the refreshing taste of fruit punch turned up a couple of notches. But don’t worry, it’s not all bite. With low carbonation and balanced sweetness, it’s soft on the palate and delightful for your taste buds.

A lightly hazed golden DIPA with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, light alcohol warmth, herbaceous character, pleasant. In mouth, biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, fruity esters, alcohol warmth, OK. On tap at brewery.

On tap at Goose Island Toronto, pours a hazy dull golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of orange rinds, pithy stone fruits, and caramel malt. Flavour is chaotic, with pithy stone fruits, orange rinds, orange creamsicle, and caramel malt. Where are the hops? This isn’t good.

Draft at Goose Island Toronto. Slightly hazed orange gold pour. Finger high white head. Nice lacing. Subtle tropical fruit aroma. Flavor is bittersweet citrus with notes of grapefruit, lemon and mango. Definitely a hop forward brew. Brief dry finish.

Opaque. Pale. This is quite boozy - TIPA level boozy - but without the appropriate uptick in hop brightness or malt balance. This just clunks into the palate and then nothing.
