Flaska från SB. ljusgul vätska med grådaskigt inslag. Lätt örtighet med lite peppar i botten. Smaken inleder med en alkoholsmak. Den ersätts fort av mer gröna örter och lite peppar.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear yellow with a massive, frothy white head. Spicy, yeasty, peppery aroma. Light body, excessive carbonation, odd dusty ashiness, somewhat tart, again yeasty and peppery. Not bad but far from being a great Saison. 270315

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Jönköpings Saison ].[ Trade by omhper ]. Light light unclear medium yellow orange color with a large, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeast, mango - papaja, fruity, barnyard notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, mango - papaja, fruity, yeast - saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141130]
