Brewed once a year with hand-picked, local spruce tips, this IPA captures the essence of spring on the West Coast. Ekuanot and El Dorado hops layer in resinous character with a hint of raspberry from the spruce tips for a bright, expressive taste of the wild. Gold medal-winning. Wildly aromatic.

Bronze colour, bright. Medium head. Biscuity, toasty malt nose with moderate spruce. On the palate, same malt profile and quite a bit more spruce. Medium bitterness. There’s some quality hops in here but they seem to be overwhelmed by the spruce. Still, the spruce-malt dynamic works well.
