A classic pale ale with a PEI twist. Amber coloured with a lager-like clean crispness. PEI grown hops are prominent, with subtle notes of citrus, herbs and floral aromatics. Hops are supported by a strong malt backbone with soft toffee notes. Oh, and we added potatoes too!

473 ml can. Pours a dull copper color with moderate head. Aromas of soft muddled fruit and doughy malts with a bit of pine. Flavors of wet toasted malts and light fruity caramel. Heavy/full - is that the potatoes?

Bright bronze, medium head, balanced, with biscuity malts and a slightly floral hop note.

Flight at brewery. Pours clear gold. Aroma has resin and some malt. Flavour is resinous with notes of pine, burnt caramel. Bitterness lingers slightly. Not bad.
