Can. Cloudy, pale pastel yellow with an airy, medium head. Citrusy nose, wheat biscuits, nice yuzu, spicy yeast esters. Crisp, bready, not sweet, citrus, yuzu in particular, crackers, dry, slightly bitter hop finish. Well balanced, subtle and crisp, would be a great summer refresher. A nice, dry take on the style, one that is highly drinkable.

KBC Araware Belgian Wit 5% This is their latest Kyoto exclusive release, nice spicy wheat with subtle yuzu aroma. Cloudy gold with thick white foam and a chewy medium body. The yuzu is fairly subtle while the wheat and spice are expressed well. Not terribly complex but a decent brew.
