Chocolate | Raspberry Stout
We’ve baked up something special for you.
Chateaux Special from Belgium on the malt bill brings a decadent nut and plum backbone.
Then we hit with the massive additions of cacao nibs and 100 kg of raspberry for big aroma and character with a deep chocolate finish.
Dark, unfined and vegan-ready.

Cask-conditioned at No.1 Harbourside, Bristol 22/10/2018. Dark brown , with a moderately-sized, frothy, beige head. Aroma of plain chocolate, raspberries, toasty malts and leafy hops. Flavour avoid being too sweet, with some raspberry depth, more chocolate, chewy malts and a dryish finish. A great dark beer.
