[5/3/15] Bottle at the AirBnB apartment in Copenhagen. Thanks Borup. Amber. Aroma of honey and spice. Sweet flavor with caramel, honey and spice. A bit sticky.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy rosehip aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel and rosehip flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy rosehip finish.

Bottle from Kihoskh. Unclear reddish amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and red fruit. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 070415

Fra flaske på RBHD-treff hos OG mars-15: uklar kobberfarge med storboblet, beige skum. Grønne epler blader seg inn i aromaen av nyper og lyng. Slank, avrundet, lett bitter og annerledes, men mer interessant enn egentlig god.

Shared 330 bottle at local tasting. Got the dregs of the botlle, very cloudy with a brownish colour. Aroma of rosehips, sloe and stale hops. The flavour is not too sweet, notes of rosehips, sloe and heather.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at OGJ?s 03.03.15. Hazy, dark orange. Off-white head. Uninviting aroma, with green apples. Taste is slightly better. Fruity and with some pale malt. Green apples in aftertaste.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Nordic Brew Festival 2014 ] @ ARENA NORD, Rimmens Alle 37, 9900 Frederikshavn, Denmark. [ As Kissmeyer Nordisk Hyben Ale ].Unclear medium yellow red color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, malt, rosehip, earthy - damp stain - fusty, light caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity - rosehip, earthy - damp stain - fusty, old malt - bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141031]
