Bready, like a slice of pumpernickel with a touch of sourdough yeastiness, notes of cocoa and toasted nuts and a touch of apple on top of a moderate floral bitterness. Touch of a metallic note underneath. Finishes with lingering yeast and roasted malt. Not bad.
