No bones about it: our Belgian Style White Ale is thoroughly unique. The zest of orange rides side-saddle with coriander to create a beer that’s perfect for riding the open-range – or lounging in the backyard.

Bottle. A- Cloves, coriander, wheat, eggs, lemon. A- Pale yellow color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Coriander, cloves, wheat, spices. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- A little light. Then again, I had this bottle sitting around for way to long, so it certainly wasn’t in it’s prime. Lots of spice and wheat on the palate and nose. Otherwise a pretty standard wit.

Bottle: Yellow in color, translucent, bubbly, and a finger of white head. Nose is malty, some yeast, and faint undetermined spices. Tastes maltier than expected, some orange zest, spice, and Belgian yeast. Coriander, that’s what it is... thank you Ratebeer description. Drinks easy, but its a little too sweet for me.

bottle - This brew has a tart, citrusy, yeasty aroma. It tastes sweet and spicy, maybe a little too sweet, and has a light to medium body and a lively palate. Overall it’s a good wit.

A hazed wit with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, smooth lemony malt with banana and cloves, nice and fruity. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light cloves and berries, OK. Bottle at Slice Las Vegas, June 2013.

Ugly beer. Poured like a bad cheap lager. Spicy and herby aroma. Fuller body than I expected. Flavour has coriander and wheat tones. Finish is good.

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy golden with a small quickly diminishing white head. The aroma is yeast and spice. Medium mouthfeel with a dry wheat and spice with dry finish. A good Wit from wasatch.
