a blend of three seasons of 100% spontaneously fermented beer. After inoculating in our Coolship- dubbed the Crunkship- we fermented and aged each vintage in neutral wine barrels. This beer pays homage to the history of this style, while celebrating the unique atmospheric terroir of Atlanta. Imaginary Grace is what four nights in Atlanta taste like.

Bottle at Ganz, courtesy of Elliot. Semi opaque golden pour, white head. Nose and taste are funk, leather, earthy notes, lots of wood, light citruses, apple skin. Moderately acidic, light bodied and it's got a soft carbo. Pleasant, if not too complex.

Very tart, lots of tart citrus and berry on top of a subtle grainy sweetness and modest dose of funk on the back end.

Sample at the Garage. Hazy, yellow color, with a small, white head. The aroma is lime zest, leather, grapefruit, light spruce, and tart greek yogurt. Dry and earthy, with a bright bitterness. Light, crisp, sticky, and dusty. Bright, balanced, and quality.
