We made one delicious honey brown ale. Combining locally sourced honey from Gian’s very own apiary, roasted barley, malts and oats. Also used were Fuggle, Mandarina Bavaria, Willamette hops.

Nice, easygoing brown ale, with a mild cocoa and pumpernickel front accented by a gentle nuttiness and a touch of floral sweetness from the honey. Undertones of citrus on the fade. Tasty.
