75cl bottle from Tom Oliver, drunk in the garden on a sunny day. Pours clear gold, sparkling, with an apple tart aroma. Taste is soft desert apples, complex sweet apple flesh, easy going soothing tannins & a touch of vanilla. Hard to identify any discernible influence from the lambic yeast unfortunately. A very moreish blend however and definitely possessing a recognisable Olivers character. A touch stronger than the original too.
