Golden colour, no real head. Funky aroma, apple and brett. Flavour apple, apple skins, brett, warm spices. Finish apple, skins and funk.

750ml bottle. Golden coloured with no head, aroma is apple plus some woody oak and funk. Taste is fruity apple, bittersweet with oaky, barnyard notes and drying tannins. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle 750ml. @ RBESG14 - [ Clerkenwell bottle share. ] [ As Olivers / Virtue Cider Gold Rush #2 Cider (Bottle) ].Clear medium orange yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, wood notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, apples, light tart, medium dry. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140810]

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is apple peel. Citric and smooth yet citric to sulphorish apples fruity. Lingering dry and smooth apples.

Bottle shared at the RBESG 2014, grand tasting 10/08/2014 Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell. Aroma is pretty clean apple, but somewhat artificaial, bit of plastic. Clear light golden coloured pour with no head. Flavour is tart fruits, bit of cheese, tart and crisp in the finish. Lingering parmessan cheese. Palate is crisp and tangy on te tongue.

Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 London Sunday Tasting - Craft Beer Co. Clerkenwell. Pours clear, pale yellow with a few bubbles. Moderately sweet, lightly dry and musty, with lots of apple skin. Light to medium bodied with fine texture. Musty finish with more tannic apple skins, basement, cobwebs. Novel.
