NS Natick draught, 3/6/25.
Lightly cloudy, bronze-tangerine. Small head quickly to ring.
Juicy, tropical, soft and inviting with papaya, guava and moderate acid to balance. Lightly malty with soft wheat intonations.
Juicy and tropical but rather flat, bland, not all that malty or soft. Not that I expect Jacks Abby to imitate the Weisses series, but it wouldn't have killed them to get a little more malt story in here. Just feels like a ubiquitous kettle sour, though the fruit is pretty nicely done.

On tap at the Hidden Pig in Nashua Hazy dark dirty gold color with a thin bubbly head that shows minimal retention. Lemony tart with bits of tropical fruits with a light bready base.

12 oz. Can bought as part of a delivery from Beer Merchants and drunk at home. Pinkish-orange, a bit hazy with almost no head. Notes of guava on the nose, sugared pineapple pieces, some floral character. Not a big aroma but a lovely one. Sweet/tart taste, sourness of the fruit stays in the mouth for a while. Tart finish with more guava and some papaya resting in the aftertaste. Light to medium body, tight carbonation on the heavy side. Great.
