From bottle at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2016. Pours an appealing red. Aroma is tart red fruits, strawberries, "roosvicee", some bretty funk, oaky notes. Flavour is a lightly puckering above medium sour with a dry finish. Another lovely Sour Ale from talented Tommie.

Backlog Nov 21. Vintage 2017. Taster, thanks to Werckmeister. Amber, medium hazy body, with a small, beige head. Aroma of stone fruits, grapes, earth, wood, some sourish berries, almond, some citrus. Tastes pretty similar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, wooden, a bit sour, moderate dry, with almond, green apple, slight grapes and stone fruits. Very nice. Not that grape-forward, quite diverse, with smooth wooden notes and different fruits. Not among my favorite ones from TS, but elegant stuff as always. Score: 7 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 15

Bottled 29.07.2017. amber hazy color, almost no head. smells stone fruits, plums, peaches, apricots, bit sulphuric at first, tannins, subtle grape notes, bit jammy, berry notes. very nice smell. medium body, subtle carbonation. tastes of stone fruits, apricots, light plums, light peaches, grassy, earthy, bit jammy, some citrus, bit acidic, hints of tannins. finishes rather dry and lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, citrus and some grassy notes. good stuff, love the stone fruit notes, a bit light on the carbonation and could use a tad more funk, but this is very nice. not so much grapes left.

750ml bottle shared with the KL tasting crew. Poured a hazy light amber colour with little life. The aroma is yeasty, peachy citrus. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, fresh, tart citrus, yeasty, super dry palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Bag in box during Carnivale Brettanomyces. Reddish pink color. Raspberry and lemon in the aroma and flavor. No Carbon, just lots of raspberry juicy. Roosvicee. Very fresh and delicious.
