Brewery draught, 2/8/25.
Clear, medium auburn-copper. Small head to nothing.
Very malty with toffee and buttercream. Crisp and bright, wow.
Clean, malty, dry, bitter, snappy and with good minerality and moderate toast. Someone obviously knows what they're doing here...

On tap at the source. Just a touch of chill haze medium red color with a thin off white head that slowly dissipates. Rich toasty caramel light earty fruity hops to counter. Impressive.
