Delt med Rune. (Første tapping fra casken). Mørk stråfarget. Klar. Lavt tett skum. Aroma av tørre kjeks. Smaken lett fruktig med en forsiktig tørr bitter avslutning. Hint av karamell.

Well kept half-pint, shared with Finn. Decent pearl white head over a clear amber body, fair lacing. Inviting hop-malty aromas, mild caramel and grass. Fine blended taste of semi-sweet caramel, toffee, bread, and leafy hops. Bittersweet ending. Decent bitter version. (Liverpool, 12.02.2025).

Cask @ Templar Hotel, Leeds. Clear copper with a head. Some mild toffee makes it a sweetened but crisp bitter with a pleasant malty sweetness and a low bitterness.
