Draught @ Galopper des Jahres, Hamburg. Pours cloudy amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, with notes of hops, needles and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of malt and orange peel and touches of yeast and needles. Bitterish and citric aftertaste. Creamy mouthfeel. Decent, indeed.

Sehr sehr aromatisch - eine Fichte voller Grapefruits in der Nase. Auf dem Zünglein geht das genauso weiter, dann im Abgang quasi nochmal die Lichte Fichte. Von mir gibt’s den grünen Daumen nach oben!

Draft sample @ Berlin Braufest 2015. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme de houblon frais, note de pin, aiguille, fruité mais restant assez léger aux notes de Citra, Centennial-Simcoe. Palais est houblonné, agrumes, légère amertume, pointe de résineux avec une petite note d’ananas. Malt léger, pils, un peu doux sur la fin.

330ml bottle [my hop(e)s and need(le)s were fulfilled without hurry by the lucid carrier bartlebier, unsuspicious to be in league with the devil]. Hazy golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Resinous and citrusy hoppy aroma, biscuity malty basis, notes of spruce, tangerine, orange zest, cautious hints of gummy bears with red berry aroma. Taste is dry, citrusy hoppy, minimally tannic, biscuity malty basis, notes of spruce, lemon, lime. Extraordinarily thirst quenching, excellent composition; I hope this will be available on a regular basis.

Bottle 330ml. @ Assentoft tasting by Hansen - Zita. [ As Brewcifer Hops & Needles ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, flowers, citrus, fruity, pineapple. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pineapple, citrus, grass, fruity, flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141122]

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter fklavor. Tutti fruity notes. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Assentoft tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, berries, malt, hops and flowers. Sweet and fruity.

Bottle @ Christers. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, sweets, pine needles, sweet citrusly hops, oranges. Flavor is light sweet, malty, little candy, pine needle, little resin. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 121114
