EBF Last Saturday Dark lightly hazy golden in color with a thin head that dissipates quickly. Slightly earthy with with lots of lime and some smokey flavor and mild heat from the peppers. Nice to try but I cant say what if anything the insects added to the beer. I was told they were added into the boil.

Tap. Pours clear golden yellow, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is heavy on peppers, Chipotle, lime zest . Flavor is full of pepper flavor, limes with a salt chaser, light tart, light plus salty, light heat. Lightish body. Interesting, but more of a gimmick thing.
