500 ml bottle, from Erling Christensen Møbler, Sindal. ABV is 6,0%, IBU 25. This is intended to be a beer to accompany Danish food, I had it on its own. Deep brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma of malts, hints of caramel, brown sugar, brown bread and Danish pastry. The flavour is also malty with the same elements as the aroma, quite a bit of sweetness but not cloying, while the finish has unexpectedly distinct hops (Simcoe) with a peppery bite.

Sample @ Voldby Ølfestival 2016. Pours almost clear amber with a medium pale head. Notes of raisins, prunes, plums, sweet yeast and malt.

Aroma: Sweet malt and dark berries. Flavour: Very malty sweet with brown sugar and caramel. Finish is very slightly fruity bitter. Colour: Reddish brown with an offwhite head. From: Bottle @ Restaurant Den Lille Kro Aarhus Aug. 2016.

Draught, KØ15. Pours slightly hazy rich amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and puke, with some fruity notes. Sweetish flavour of fruit, malt, caramel and veggies. Bitter, hoppy touches. Bitterish and estery aftertaste. Okay but not very illuminating.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Syndikatet Krofatteren ].Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt, toffee, light moderate yeasty, yeast, belgium yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt - candy, yeast, caramel, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141220]
