Cask at Pigs Ear 2014 - London. Pours cloudy gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds grass, melon and leaves. Medium sweet flavor with sugary pale bread, alcohol, meringue, mandarin orange. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Sticky pale malt sugars in the finish, some semi-ripe citrus, marmalade, bread and melon. OK.

12th December 2014
Hazy amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry and with a fine crispness. Sweetish pale malts with airy malt cream. Peach accentuated orangey citrus. Light tangerine. Light airy finish. Overall a bit on the sweet side but fairly drinkable.
