From a 330ml bottle on 2/12/2017. Pours a dark reddy amber with a samll head The nose is malty and fruity. Flavour wise you get caramel and toasted, hints of dark fruit and berry sweetness, finished off by some firm hops. Seems much hoppier than 35 IBU. Medium bodied with fairly lively carbonation. Could use a bit more sweetness to balance things out, but not bad.

Pours copper, large fading head.Nose shows toffee, caramel, spicy and resinous hops, golden syrup.Flavours include some syrupy malt and caramel but follow with cardboard notes. Some spicy hops. Quite sweet, not much bitterness, calling it a red ipa might be a bit of a stretch.

Schooner on tap @ Webster’s, Newtown. Red/Brown beer with solid white head. Faint aroma of floral hops. Bitter taste, some earthy hops present. Light fruit cordial sweetness at the end. Nice enough, good for a couple.

On tap at Wayward, pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out bready malt and a touch of hop resins. Flavour is quite dry, with bready malts and bone dry hoppiness. Not the most interesting beer but it's palatable.
