Litt uklart smakstilsetning som minner om hjemmebryggaften. Litt vel tørr. Krevende.

500 ml bottle. Unclear amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma has malt, caramel and Christmas spices. Flavor is medium sweet malt, some caramel, unbalanced spicy and some kind of slightly sour and harsh citric zest. A bit light in body and this probably makes the heavy spice mix kind of unbalanced. The hint of sourness actually makes it a bit more interesting, but not sure it’s intended, at least it’s a rather original idea for this kind of beer. This one was nothing close to the best beers from Amundsen.
