Keg at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Tropical fruit, hoppy, yeasty aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, tropical fruit, yeasty, pine. Very drinkable.

Keg at CP&K. It pours hazy orange-amber with a small off-white head. The nose is sweet, candied orange peel, marmalade, melon, brioche, hay and light spice. The taste is bitter-sweet, orange peel, tangerine, marmalade, watermelon, light tartness, hay, earth, big spice hit, resin, light alcohol and pepper with a dry, somewhat earthy finish. I’m not a huge fan of the melon character, but is a fun and intetesting beer anyhow. Decent.

Keg at the Cask, Pimlicocococo, 27/05/14. Murky orange amber with a moderate light beige head that retains well. Nose is mandarin, straw, apricot jam, orange pith, light spice, candied orange peel. Taste comprises tropcial crush, papaya, red grapefruit, bubblegum, trace of caramel, a little sweet escape kicking off tempered by subtle Belgian yeast notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, fair dose of hop bitterness in the close. Decent well balanced IPA with a Belgian twist. Nice hop burps walking back to the tube!

Draft at the brewery - London. Pours murky, rich gold with a fine, frothy foam that settles into a cream. Good aroma with clean Belgian yeast notes, some juicy, ripe orange, melon, faint grass. Light to medium sweet flavor with lots of juicy hop character, some cleansing minerals, mild bitter lemon rind and grass, slight pale bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warmig to finish with subtle hop resin, bitter grass, light pine, tropical fruits, melon, papaya, tangerine. Quite solid. Juicy, bright and expressive, with present but not dominant Belgian yeast character. Well done.
