On tap at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden on 15th November 2014. Cloudy copper with thin ring-and-film giving scant lacing. Tangy citrus, malts and spices in aroma. Grapefruit, tangerine and lemon meet nutty malts and lactic notes in-mouth. Herby, spicy and bitter finish hitting the roof-of-the-mouth. Zingy mouthfeel and light body. A lot happening.

Keg at the brewery. Orange / onion skin coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is slightly funky, spiced ginger, sweet berry and fairly nice saison yeast. Flavour is spiced orange peel, slightly nutty malts, some funk, light pineapple. Mid body, moderate carbonation. decent a bit rough round the edges.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy brown amber colour bubbly white head. Funky saison. Quite sharp on the finish. Some malt sweetness. Funky finish. Not subtle. Hops on finish yes. Funk is upfront. Not sure it is a harmonious beer. Hops are a tad aggressive. Yeast is good though. Ok

Craft Covent Garden. Keg. Hazy amber beer, tidy pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth and airy. Very fine carbonation. Unusual beer - very light malt supports resinous hops - sweet pine and hop spice. Crystallised fruits. Tropical fruits underneath. Finishes smooth and semi dry with more hop spice. Good stuff.
