Nylanceret i 2014 og nu fast sæsonøl. Frederik, som øllen er opkaldt efter, var en driftig fynbo og grundlagde i 1897 Indslev Bryggeri ude på landet, ikke så langt fra Middelfart. Her holder vi stadig til og der er sket meget siden, men havde det ikke været for Frederik, så var der slet ikke sket noget.
Frederiks Påske er en frisk og sprød øl på 5,5% og brygget med fransk saisongær, der giver en krydret, frisk aroma. Velegnet alternativ til hvidvinen ved spisebordet.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Indslev Frederiks Påske ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, rubber, yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, yeasty, rubber, fruity, sweet fruit - yeast. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140418]

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Hazy golden, mid sized head. Citrusy nose with notes of banana and coriander. Mid dry with slender body and well rounded mouthfeel. Lightly fruity with mild citrus, dough and herbal spices. Low bitterness. Harmonious and refreshing.

Flaske 0,5l. Spandert av Rune og delt med ham og djoeye på seanse i WC-veien 4 Jun 14. Gyldenbrun. Uklar. God sitrusaroma med innslag av blomster. Smaken er sitrus. Litt syrlig. Avslutter litt tørt.

500ml bottle, trade with Skinnyviking. Shared with Finn and djoeye. Pale golden coloured body with a solid wheat haze. Low white head. Grainy fruity nose. Mid-sweet wheat fruity taste, notes of pear and orange. Spiced yeasty ending, mid-dry. Medium bodied, a rather well-made version of the style. Maybe a tad too sweet (Tromsø 04.06.2014).

Bottle, 5.5%. Citric aroma, also a hoppiness that is slightly citric. Cloudy orange colour. Big unstable white head. The flavour is slightly phenolic, citric, orangey. Yeasty finish. Quite refreshing.

Bottle. Pours cloudy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, grain and banana. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with sour, citric touches and sweetish notes of banana, yeast and malt. Lingering, bitter aftertaste, which appears somehow poorly integrated. Nothing special but drinkable.

Bottle. A lightly hazy golden beer with a small, white head. The aroma has very much resemblence to a classic weissbier, only it’s way too grainy. A tad much orange and some pine cone notes. Grains in the flavor, with orange and some lemon, and a decent bitterness. Medium body with a decent carbonation level, although a bit low for a weissbier. Not much pleasantness going on here. 140426
