On tap at Bar One, San Diego. Pours a very pale amber with a thin white head. Zero carbonation. Faint sweet rice nose. Slightly cloying sweetness, not a gamebreaker. Nails the Japanese Lager style, if that's what you're looking for.

(Tap) clear, bright, pale yellow color with a medium tall white head; aroma of flowers; slight, balanced flavor with a long, very light bitter finish, good for rice lager

Clear & crispy gold at the source in SD. Super yeasty, light lemon, faint toast. Basic bitch, rounded, low acid, strong white bread, pinch of white wine, too round. Meh.
