Bottle. Pours hazy caramel amber with huge white head. Aroma is very intense of malt, grain, Belgian Ale yeast, apple seeds and hints if dried ginger. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium acidic and light bitter. Body is light oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and sour with notes that follow the nose plus notes of pineapple and cloves. Very refreshing

Many thanks to fonefan for this bottle! Smooth and mild beginning. Round with herbs and mild yeast. Chocolate, smooth with a very nice round body. The herby fit in well, christmas-spices on milk-chocolate. Not much bitterness, very round and great. Fantastic smooth spicy mild malty aftertaste. Great stuff!
