Color amarillo pálido, transparente, sin espuma. Aroma a manzana verde, ligera nota de madera, toquecito herbal. En boca se siente algo de aguja, dulzor discreto, acidez media, seca, afrutada. Agradable

75cl bottle from trade with Taboada. Many thanks chap. Poured from height. Well, relatively high. Pours misty pale yellow, fast receding white head. Light sour funk on the nose, some green apple skin. Taste has sour wild funk, salty hints with a sharp acidity, exceptionally drying. Once the palate gets accustomed to it, it mellows out a bit but id welcome a bit more fleshy fruit content.

70cl in the traditional bottle. Nice fresh sourish beginning. Typical Sidra-apples with fresh tart fruitiness. Hints of vinegar-acid, not too much tannins, nice dry sourness. Easy to drink, fresh sourish with a nice fruitiness, absolutely typical Sidra. Nice.

Bottle purchased in Spain (forgot where) consumed at home in company of Lynn, Barry, Ferret & Dena on Sunday 6th July 2014 Pours hazy light gold actually more lemony in colour with some bubbling (if poured correctly). This is a very refreshing cider clearly quite dry but good for it as it really quenches the thirst. Very appley throughout both on nose and in mouth, v.good A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

26/12 A 0.70 l bottle, from Oviedo, actually. It poured slightly hazy golden body with tiny head that dissipated immediately. Somewhat sweet and sour apple aroma. Flavor was lightly sour apple, but not much as the other ciders of the style, also had unpleasant rotten notes. Thin bodied with moderate, sour a only a little astringent finish. Missed body and tartness, first of all. Expected more anyway.
