From tap at Liquid Gold, San Francisco. Black color with off white head. Roasted malty aroma, chocolate and coffee, nutty. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

On nitro at the brewery. Pours black with medium beige head leaving stickt lacing. The aroma is cocoa, cracker, brine. Medium body, cocoa, roast, cracker, dry finish, good.

Bottle at America Strikes Back, Ulfborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with small light tan head. Clear aroma of coffee and roasted malt, with touches of chocolate. Bitter, roasty flavour, with sourish hints of coffee beans and notes of malt. Bitter aftertaste. OK.
