Bottle sample@Ølbutikken, Copenhagen - pours gold with a white head. Medium sweet malty and fruity aroma and taste, zesty citric lemon and light orange, straw, earthy yeasty, light caramel, hoppy floral notes and some nice spices. Decent triple.

Keg at Borefts day1 26/09/2014. Bodegraven. Translucent dark orange coloured pour with a thin fleeting white head. Aroma is subdued, not much there, some ginger bread, candied ginger. Flavour is composed of cinamon, orange, spices, christmas. Over the top spices. Palate is meium sweet, highish carbonation.

Borefts VI. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry. Strange tripel! Tangy limey fruits, little floralness, orange. Dry finish with a pinch of spice. Different!

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is orange peel fruity. Solid orange peel fruity. Lingering solid orange peel fruity. Hmmm. Grand manier like.

Keg at BBF 6, 26/09/14. Clear golden with a good sized light beige covering that retains well. Nose is citric peel, lime, grapes, grassy notes. Taste comprises caramel, spice, earthy vibes, dark fruit rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. The sweet is tempered well with some earthy bitter notes so doesn’t get too overbearing. Decent tripel.

Sampled @ Borefts 2014. Clear light orange to golden color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is very floral, a bit soapy even. Taste lightly malts, again floral, weird herbs or spices. Average body and carbonation. Not really my thing.

Had this at Borefts BF, Bodegraven, Netherlands, Friday 26th September 2014 Orangey Belgian beer brewed in Denmark, sounds bonkers but it works. Really orangey but allied to the beer in a cointreau type way. Thick in the mouth a little sticky, a one tricky pony perhaps but its fine. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4
