Can from the LCBO. Dark brown pour, with a medium mocha head. Aroma is a light hazelnut, with a robust roasty coffee, and maltiness. Semi dry, full mouth feel. Semi sweet finish, medium bitterness, pleasant nuttiness.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, full, brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include hazelnut, chocolate and maple. First swig was thick and creamy. Full bodied, with flavours of hazelnut, cocoa and a little coffee. Finish is nice and roasted with hazelnut flavours with a minimal hop.

Pours a dark brown colour with hardly any highlights. The head is light beige, creamy, nicely lasting, leaving some beautiful creamy lacing. Aromas of burnt malts with some black coffee grinds. It is a little nutty with hints of vanilla. These two seem to show up more in the taste. Not crazy sweet, but well-balanced with the hops giving a decent dryness. Good nuttiness with the hazelnuts. Going down nicely as my second coffee stout of the night (other being Old Tomorrow Double Up).
