Bottle (sample) at Bjarke Bundgaard Tasting, HavnensVinOgTobakhus 2023. Pours clear dark chestnut with large white head. Aroma is intense cinnamon, cardamom and ginger. Taste is very sweet and faint bitter. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and very sweet with intense cinnamon and cardamom (but not as intense as in the aroma). It's a fun beer. It is almost like drinking liquid brunkager (traditional Danish Christmas cookie)

Fra flaske på DSJT, Cardinal nov-16: klar rødlig kobber med ok skum. Bær og brøddeig, dette er virkelig daffe saker.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter caramellic flavor. Average not pleasent messy finish. oily palate. Not very good.

Shared bottle at DSJT at Cardinal 08.11.15. Pale copper. Small off-white head. Aroma and taste of dried fruits, yeast and dates. Also hints of chocolate in taste. Something unfresh about this beer.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub 6 Bar, Stanger. ABV is 7.4%. Ingredients include coriander, bitter orange peel and cinnamon. Beautiful clear copper colour, moderate to low off-white head. Moderate aroma of "dusty" malts, a hint of cinnamon and toffee. Fairly malty flavour, some fruity notes, the said spices are only discretely present. Nice enough to drink, but not very exciting.

Aroma is moderate malty, cookie, candy, caramel, spicy malt, sugary, cake. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, candy, caramel, sugary sweet, spicy.
