66cl Bottle at RBESG 17 Grand Tasting. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of tar, fudge, light sour roast, hint of coffee. Flavour is quite light, roast, something burnt, some chocolate. Light bodied. Misses oomph and body. Or coffee to be a coffee stout.

(Sample from a bottle at RBESG 2017 Grand Tasting) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, burnt rubber and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, ash, stale coffee and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A surprisingly poor brew.
