This double-dry-hopped DIPA was conditioned on Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops to produce a complex, well-rounded hop character with hints of grapefruit, tangerine, and pine. Traditional Norwegian kveik yeast from a farm in northern Norway contribute complex aromas of orange peel, peach, and white pepper, which combine with rich brown sugar and honey to balance this moderately bitter farmhouse-style ale.

Super hazy, almost fully opaque golden, straw and raw honey coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall relatively white coloured body. Aroma of grass, hay, light citrus and a dash of relatively strong herbal notes with some malt, alcohol and pure fruit juice showing up towards the end. Medium-bodied; Strong fruity and citrus bite that hits hard at first with a light and enjoyable yeast and malt profile that has some resin and more biscuity notes throughout and ends with a soft, but flavourful punch from the hops and all the fruity and juicy flavours that show up. Aftertaste shows some grain, a light dose of herbs, but mainly a soft and enjoyable fruit-based hop presence that is strong and bitter, but just more flavourful and complex than most in this style show. Overall, a nice and pungent beer that has a great character throughout, a solid, yet smooth complexity and somehow remains very easy drinking. I sampled this sixteen ounce pour on draught at Whole Foods in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 23-October-2019 for US$5,00.

4oz draft pour at Spacebar. Poured a hazy yellow-orange color with a small off-white head. Aroma was light juicy notes, with some lemon and orange peel. Flavor was light juicy notes. Relatively pretty pleasant. Smooth with a little bit of resin and grapefruit. Pretty tasty.
