Bottle. Pours hazy copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of caramel malt, with fruity hints and touches of yeast and hops. Bitter, hoppy onset, giving way to swee notes of caramel malt. Hints of fruit. Estery and slightly acidic afteraste. Appreciable, if nothing really illuminating.

Bottle, 6.0%. Mild but good caramelly aroma. Almost clear dark amber colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is caramelly and creamy with a hint of fruit and ashes and a refreshing citric note in the finish. Low bitterness, and good and pleasant maltiness.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Raasted Bock ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, sweet malt, sugary. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, sugary, silage bitter, vomit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. A lightly hazy one, dark golden in color and with a small, light beige colored head. Lemony sourish aroma with caramel notes and some generic fruityness. Grassy hints. It’s medium to full-bodied and quite heavily carbonated, semi-dry. Caramel, some sourish notes and a fruityness in the flavor. Short finish. Rather poor this one. 141025
