Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Joes. Hazy medium to dark orange color, medium sized white head. Aroma is lightly funky, lightly barnyard, a bit dusty, yellow fruits. Taste sour, sour fruits, lightly a touch of lemon sourness. Dry to very dry finish, suitable body and carbonation.

Leicht trübe orangegelbe Farbe, ordentliche weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch säuerlich fruchitg, holzig, Brett. Geschmack ziemlich sauer, fruchtig, Kraut, holzig, leicht pelzig.

Bottle, 5% Hazy amber/orange with small off-white. Aroma is malt, fruit, lemon, tart, barnyard, horse blanket and sour. Flavour is malt, fruit, baking yeast, lemon, sour, tart, wood, dry, barnyard, acid, horse blanket, notes of plum and a little bitter. Gueuze’ish.

Bouteille 330ml, gracieuseté de tom10101, merci Tommy! Couleur orange brûlé trouble, faible mousse blanche évanescente. Arôme de levures sauvages, prunes, terreux. Goût de prunes, peau de prune, bonne acidité, levures sauvages, malt en arrière-goût. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Very hazy amber - orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and minerally crisp. Tart fruits, geuezey lemon and wet wood. Generic fruits, plum and apricot just about identifiable. Light crisp finish. Mmmmm fruity, sour and tart but not overly so and no bloody acid. My kind of sour.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Mikkeller Amass Plum Crazy ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, funky, farmyard, fruity, plum, light metalic. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart sour, plum, dry, funky, brett. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. not complex but okay :D [20141025]

Bottle. An almost clear beer, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is very sourish, it’s fruity and farmhouse-ish, with some lemon and leather. Lemony, sourish and fruity flavor, with little sweet hint in the far back. It’s tart and medium bodied, with a nice carbonation level. Lasting tart, fruity finish. A tasteful and sort of refreshing beer, easy drinkable too, but not world class I think. 141025
