Bottle shared at the level 42. Canary wharf tasting 20/10/2016. Many thanks to Matteo for this one. A hazed amber plum coloured pour with a a loose frothy white head. Aroma is caramel, tangy lacto, petrol, lacto, tart. Flavour is composed of tangy puckering sour, tart plum, raspberry, spicy, little Watermelon. Palate is puckering sour, spicy, sour highish carbonation. Good.

Bottle thanks to Matteo. It pours cloudy amber with a medium white headline. The aroma is sweet, tart, juicy, funky, musty, floral, tangy, plum skin and lemon sherbet. The taste is crisp, tart, lemon sherbet, tart lime, mild acidity, plum skin, funk, wood, bracing acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty tasty.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Matteo. Pours unclear, rich gold with s creamy, white head. Acetic notes in the nose, some citrus, wood. Moderately sweet, quite woody, with citric bite, good acidity, grass. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with old wood, more grass, orange, lemony bite. Good stuff.

Bottle split at Level 42, thanks to Matteo, 20/10/16. Hazed golden amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is tarte plum, citric piss, straw, tangy fruits, damp hay. Taste comprises pissy strokes, funky plum, barnyard, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, puckering close and a light acidic bite to conclude. Decent easy drinking sour, plenty going down.
