Orange colour, white head, cloudy. Aroma is sour. Full of citrus, ananas, plums, stable. Very funky. Fruity and refreshing. Taste is medium-high leveled sour. Except acid, it is very funky. Extremaly refreshing. Very drinkable. Medium body and carbonation. Fantastic beer. I love wild and sour beers and this is one of the best i’ve drunk. I recommend.

Bottle at Monday Club Zurich. Some plums indeed, but not much. A bit sour, some fruity sweetness. Not too impressive though.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart musty fruity notes, berries, and tannins, as well as bretty wood and farmyard notes. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart, with lactic acid, straw and wooden brett, as well as musty fruit, berries and tannins. Lingering tart, funky and semi dry finish.

Botella 33 cl de el Lupulo tomada en el momento. Oviedo 06..03..2016. (r52). Lote 01 hasta 08..07..2019. Color tostado turbio con espuma Blanca. Aromas y sabores maltas ligeramente afrutados, ácidos y ligeros cítricos. Cuerpo medio con buena combinación ácido y cereales. Bastante buena.

330ml bottle. Amber colour, off-white foam head and aroma of stone fruit, plum, lemon rind, funk. Taste is tart, citrus rind, plum fruit, funk, grainy with some bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, funky sour finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle. Copper color. Aroma of horseblanket, barnyard, ripe fruit and vanilla. Fresh sour taste of funky barnyard, red ripe fruit, horseblanket, mild vanilla and oak. Great sour.

Runder, intensiv saurer Antrunk, etwas trocken aber alles in allem vollmundig und harmonisch. Spritzig fruchtiger Mittelteil, geringe Bitterkeit. Mittellanger, süffig säuerlicher Nachhall. 11/12/12/12/11/12

Fonefan 251014. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sourness, malt, plums. Flavour is sourness, malt, plums, wheat, lemon. Weird beer.
