This saison poured a medium, cloudy amber colour with a creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, dough and a little honey. First swig had a nice, minimal carbonation to it. Flavours of ripe fruit, a little perm solution and slightly sweet. Finish is ripe fruit with a little hoppy bitterness lingering.

(Bottle) clear, bright orange amber colour with a medium tall off white head; aroma of sweet cake; balanced, rather simple flavour with a long, medium bitter finish
