Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Brewpub København Rubens ].Unclear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, leather - brett. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, roasted, brett - leather, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140524]

DØE. Hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, light sour and burned plastic. Flavor is quite sweet and light sour. Sweet finish. Something is not right here. 240514

Draft @ Ølfestival 2014. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy weak bretty caramel aroma. Fruity malty burned plastic aroma. Fruity malty spicy bretty caramel finish.

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, phenolic. Bitter, toasted malty and light caramelish. Bitter, dry and toasted into a dry finish.

Draught at KØ14. Sweet malt aroma. Cloudy red brown colour. Mild malty flavour, medium bitterness. Hint of fruit in the finish.

Draft. An unclear dark brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, malt, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, wet hay, and roasted malt, leading to a tart finish. A bit odd on my tastebuds.

Draught. Frothy White fair mostly deminishing head. Dark amber colour. moderate malty and hoppy sour aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
