From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light caramelish. Sweet and toasted flat malty. Bitter finish.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Aarhus Blue Barracuda ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140523]

Druaght @ Århus Bryghus. Pours golden with a creamy white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, grass, light citrus. Flavor of malt, caramel, wood, grass, little sourness, light citrus, alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation, light citric finish with some alcohol. 300514

Draft. An amber beer with beige head. The aroma has strong notes of malt combined with medium notes of alcohol, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, malt, caramel, and some spices, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.
