Draft at Peace Tree. Served in a tall weizen glass with no slice. A mild, lemony smell. Thin head over an orangey body. The flavor is subdued at first, then lets banana esters sneak upon you. Definite Saaz hops on the roof of my mouth. Final impression is more orange than lemon, a trait I’ve found enjoyable in many American brewpub hefeweizens. Very tasty and filling.
