Guest draft at the Lagunitas Beer Circus, June 6. Fruity nose, but as with some other saisons, I get a bit of soap in the nose. That’s why I’m calling it sudsy foam over a light beer color. Tate is nice and fruity, with a trace of raisins to back it up. Plenty of Cream Ale malt, and a spatzrl of yeast to go with.
