Slightly hazy yellow with a small white head. Yeasty with notes of melon and citrus. Medium finish and body.

Draft at B&G. Mostly a yeasty farmhouse nose. Hazy gold, short-lived foam. First taste brings in the white rind-y side of a watermelon slice. No extra sweetness, or unfiltered watermelon pulp. Did not get the expected watermelon taste, in other words. Gets back to a slightly sweet, still yeasty farmhouse beer taste. Still something different, and I can get behind that. Some slight tart wraps it up.

Moderately hazy golden coloured body with a thinnish, just off-white head that starts off at about two centimetres in height that fade fairly quickly and leaves just about nothing on top after a few seconds. Aroma of light watermelons, wheat, grass, candy and some floral notes, but this is quite simple in the nose with a light malt and a slight dose of artificial watermelons. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong wheatie and light tart note from the watermelon flavour, but also a dash of flowers and dryness, but this is pretty easy-going and soft throughout, especially in terms of complexity - this is simplistic and showing only a small bit of flavours. Aftertaste shows the dry and fake watermelon notes with a light dose of malts and crispness, but not much complexity with the malts and tartness very subdued throughout. Overall, a decent enough beer with an easy-drinking profile with some good flavours, but not enough depth to make this a nice or beer to try to pick-up if you could find it - it's good enough to enjoy it if you already have it! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 13-February-2021 for US$4,74 sampled at my house here in Washington on 13-July-2021.
