Bottle @ Wannsinchen / MiP bliver gammel. Pours cloudy amber with small white head. Clear aroma of acetone, vine and cheese. Intense, vinous flavour, with cheesy notes and malt. Vinous aftertaste. Aggressive and not quite enjoyable, although quite a work of art.

Not cheap ($17.99 375ml) bottle. Pours with a hazed orange hue with minimal head formation (killed by acidity). Aromas are oak heavy, lactones, vanillins, well developed funk, lactic, slight carbonic bite. Mild cherry notes, not particularly fruit forward. Flavors are excellent, medium heavy acidic, very lightly acetic, fruit roundness, heavy oak, floral wine, some funk. Berry character is on the lighter side of things. Still a pretty awesome sour. Very lively carbonation. Gets a touch more acetic as it warms. Lingering funk. Well done, Steve!

Bottle from Capitol Beer. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Aroma is sour oaky cherry. Flavor is quite tart and oaky. Fruit seems like cherry, but might have something else as well. Finishes tart, sour and earthy. Great stuff.
