16 oz can pours and looks like an apricot juice, down to the pulp on the sides of the glass. Smell is pleasant for picking out that apricot and peach nose. Expected tartness of a Berliner Weisse is overwhelmed by sweet fruit flavor. But that's exactly what the Bistro series promises, so give them points. Yeah, a little vanilla and cinnamon in there, too. Tartness finally assets itself enough to curl my tongue.
