Draught @ Old Town Pour House - Napierville IL (Oct 2024). Clear dark amber-red with a small frothy off-white head, coffee aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter coffee taste with nutty flavor, thin body, long coffee finish. It is a very strange brew; it feels like a nice stout when you drink with closed eyes.

Taster at Rotary GroveFest. Yes, gold color. A thin white ring of foam. I can't sort out much nose in my congested condition, besides a general beer malt. Similarly light mouthfeel, a bit of coffee on the palate. Very little malt roast to it, maybe some oats in the malt bill for smoothness.
