Sample at the Tap House. Light hazy brown color. Rich malty smell with hint of bourbon. MUCH more bourbon from the first sip. Also a slight wine nose, maybe from barrel oak tannins. Not a lot of hop bitterness, and I don’t know how old this one would be. Kind of a maltier and less hoppy version of a Bigfoot. A bit of a thicker mouthfeel, too.
