Tap at the brewery taproom Richmond Virginia. A an opaque black coloured pour with a lasting khaki head. Aroma is oaky whisky, balsa wood, coco, caramel. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, oily, caramel, brown sugars, maple, oaky bourbon, vanilla, tannin. Palate is semi sweet, oily, creamy, moderate carbonation warming alcohol. Salted caramel. Little harsh. Boozy finish.
